Yes. RSVP Passports is a third-party registered courier with the U.S. Department of State. We are authorized to submit passport applications on behalf of our clients. However, we are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any government authority.

To apply for a new passport (first-time applicants, minors, or if your old passport was lost/stolen/expired more than 5 years ago), you’ll need:

  • Proof of U.S. citizenship (birth certificate, naturalization certificate, or Consular Report of Birth Abroad).

  • Proof of identity (valid driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or government-issued photo ID).

  • Completed Form DS-11 (do not sign until instructed).

  • One passport photo (Photo tip: Your photo should be 2 inches by 2 inches (51 x 51 mm) with the head centered and sized between 1 inch and 1.4 inches (25 and 35 mm)

  • Applicable fees (check, money order, or card depending on facility).

  • In-person submission at an authorized passport acceptance facility (post office, library, courthouse, or passport agency).

You may renew by mail if your passport:

  • Is undamaged.

  • Was issued when you were 16 or older.

  • Was issued within the last 15 years.

  • Is in your current name (or you can provide proof of name change).

For renewal, you’ll need:

  • Completed Form DS-82.

  • Your most recent passport.

  • Name change documents (if applicable, certified copy required).

  • One passport photo (2×2 inches, recent, white background).

  • Payment (check or money order to “U.S. Department of State”).

If your passport is lost or stolen, you must report it immediately to prevent misuse. You cannot renew a lost or stolen passport — you must apply for a new one in person.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Report the Loss or Theft

    • Complete Form DS-64 (Statement Regarding a Lost or Stolen Passport).

    • You can submit it online or include the form when applying for a new passport.

  2. Apply for a New Passport

    • Complete Form DS-11 (Application for a U.S. Passport).

    • Provide proof of U.S. citizenship (birth certificate, naturalization certificate, etc.).

    • Provide proof of identity (driver’s license, government ID, or military ID).

    • Submit one passport photo (2×2 inches, recent, white background).

    • Pay the applicable fees.

    • Apply in person at an authorized passport acceptance facility.

  3. Additional Tips

    • If you’re traveling soon, request expedited service.

With our courier service:

  • We ensure your application is error-free and correctly submitted.

  • We provide regular updates on your application status.

  • We deliver your completed passport back to you quickly and securely.

Children under 16 must apply in person with both parents or legal guardians present. You’ll need:

  • Proof of U.S. citizenship (child’s birth certificate or Consular Report of Birth Abroad).

  • Proof of parental relationship (parent’s names listed on the birth certificate or guardianship documents).

  • Proof of parental identity (valid driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Completed Form DS-11 (do not sign until instructed at the acceptance facility).

  • One passport photo of the child (2×2 inches, taken within the last 6 months).

  • Application fees (payable to the U.S. Department of State).

With our courier service:
After you complete the in-person portion at an acceptance facility, we can securely deliver your child’s application to a passport agency, monitor progress, and return the completed passport quickly and safely.
